  • 1 cup (250g) cooked mashed sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (160°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated zucchini using your hands.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut flour. Mix well.
  4. Shape tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into tot forms and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
