  • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen)
  • 1015 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cups cooked mixed quinoa
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
