  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2 jalapeños (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and dry the chicken thighs, removing any bones but keeping the skin intact.
