  • 1 small cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tzatziki: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeezed dry), minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
