  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your gas grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F).
  2. Microwave potatoes on high for about 3 minutes until slightly tender, then slice.
