  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons turkey bacon grease
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Optional: balsamic reduction for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and trim off the ends. Shred them using a food processor or knife.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, adding butter and turkey bacon grease until melted.
  3. Toss in the shredded Brussels sprouts along with garlic salt and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.
