  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing.
  4. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  5. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter.
  6. Layer half of the coated rolls in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the butter mixture over them, then repeat with remaining rolls and butter.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin spice over the top.
