  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped walnuts
  • Optional: fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey (to taste), thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until well mixed.
